Direct Access Program (DAP)
Albany Campus only
The Direct Access Program is offered through the Capital District Library Council and is available to Mildred Elley students, faculty and staff at the Albany Campus. Visit the Albany Campus library to obtain your DAP card.
The DAP card allows library patrons in good standing to borrow materials directly from participating libraries throughout the Capital District, including academic and public libraries.
Please be advised, you are solely responsible for following the rules and regulations of each of the libraries from which you borrow. You are solely responsible for all materials borrowed until they are returned to the lending library, and will also be responsible for any late fees or damaged or lost item fees.
If you are interested in obtaining a DAP card, please bring your Mildred Elley ID to the circulation desk at the Albany Campus library.
For more information, visit the Capital District Library Council web site for a list of participating libraries and program guidelines.
